Unignorable PMM

From invisible
to Unignorable

Become the PMM your organization actually listens to.

Unignorable PMM is cohort-based coaching for mid-to-senior Product Marketers who are:

Doing senior-level thinking but treated like a support / tactical function

Carrying the launches without owning the decisions that shape them

Done waiting for a “seat at the table”

If you're tired of over-explaining your work, fighting for buy-in, or being looped in too late — you're in the right place.

I was stuck in my career. I had a lot of imposter syndrome and was waiting for permission to speak up. My stakeholders would cancel my meetings on short notice. In just a few weeks of working together, I went from sitting on good ideas to actually saying them out loud. I'm less anxious, more proactive, and I more assertively communicate my POV in meetings.

“If you're a PMM who's smart, strategic... but quietly invisible in meetings, Amruta is your girl. Her mix of real PMM frameworks and deep mindset work is rare — and it genuinely changes how you show up at work.”

PMMs get bullsh*t advice about career growth

Keep doing what you’re doing.

You’ll grow into the role with time.

Just be more strategic.

Ok, but how?

Influence isn't about saying more. Hustling harder.

It's about clarity, framing, and earned trust.

If no one ever taught you that — of course you feel stuck.

The Unignorable PMM closes this gap

01

Earn trust before you need it

Buy-in doesn’t feel like begging or over-explaining.

02

Lead meetings toward decisions

Spend more time shaping outcomes rather than bringing everyone up to speed.

03

Unlearn the patterns that keep you small

People-pleasing. Imposter syndrome. Waiting for permission. Not in theory — in the exact moments they show up at work.

This isn't woo-woo, motivational coaching. It's leadership training for PMMs operating in chaos.

Quick check

Do you have a visibility & influence gap?

Check all that apply:

The transformation

What changes when influence clicks

Before

  • Invisible despite high output
  • Ideas dismissed or reshaped by others
  • Anxious before every exec meeting
  • Waiting for permission to lead
  • Performing confidence
  • Replaying meetings, spiraling
  • Passed over for promotion

After

  • Sought out by leaders for strategic input
  • Ideas land; she drives decisions
  • Calm, present, able to handle pushback
  • Leading without apologizing
  • Feeling it
  • Debriefing constructively, moving on
  • Clear trajectory with visible advocacy

You don't learn how to work harder. You learn how to lead the room and own the decisions that matter.

Is Unignorable PMM for you?

This is for you if

  • You’re a mid-senior PMM (or solo PMM) with real ownership, not a beginner role
  • You’re tired of being the smartest person in the room no one listens to
  • You want to lead discussions, not just respond to requests
  • You’re willing to look at both how you operate and how you think at work

It's probably not for you if

  • ×You want a passive course or generic PMM frameworks
  • ×You’re looking for quick confidence hacks without behavior change
  • ×You’re not ready to test new ways of showing up in real meetings

The program

What you get

A focused, cohort-based coaching program to help PMMs earn trust, lead cross-functionally, and become unignorable at work.

This is not about polishing decks or learning another framework. It's about changing how you show up in meetings, conversations, and decisions — so people listen.

Work situations

8 weeks of live coaching

Weekly sessions focused on your real meetings, stakeholders, launches, and career moments — not hypotheticals.

Influence & trust frameworks built for PMMs

Clear ways to frame ideas, lead discussions, and drive decisions — even when you don’t have authority.

Mindset + behavior rewiring

We work through imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, and hesitation as they show up at work, so you stop waiting for permission to lead.

Practical artifacts you’ll reuse

Stakeholder trust maps, meeting framing templates, language for pushback, and decision-driving structures you can apply again and again.

Each week we work on:

  • A real situation you’re facing
  • The strategy and internal blockers attached to it
  • Clear actions you’ll test immediately

You'll leave with:

  • Repeatable influence frameworks
  • Language for high-stakes conversations
  • Greater calm, clarity, and confidence

The outcome

By the end of Unignorable PMM:

  • You’ll speak up earlier — and with less anxiety
  • Stakeholders will treat you as a thought partner, not support
  • Meetings will move toward decisions instead of endless debate
  • Your impact will be clearer, visible, and easier to advocate for

This is where PMMs stop waiting for permission — and start leading.

Why this works

What makes this different

The only program that works on both layers

Layer 1 — Tactical

Pre-sell frameworks, pushback playbooks, stakeholder mapping, visibility systems, meeting framing templates. Clear ways to earn trust and drive decisions.

Layer 2 — Identity

Imposter loops, people-pleasing, permission-seeking, perfectionism. Addressed as they show up in real work, not as abstract concepts. This is why nothing has stuck so far.

Most programs teach you what to say. This one changes how you show up when you say it.

Tactics without identity change is why nothing has stuck. Changing companies doesn't fix patterns that travel with you. And the patterns don't resolve themselves — they compound.

Ready to stop being invisible?

You don't need more credentials. You don't need to become someone else.

You need support to:

Think more clearly

Speak more deliberately

Lead with confidence

Results

PMMs who stopped being invisible

I was able to influence the product team so that I was invited to a product offsite where PMM had previously been overlooked. That wouldn’t have happened before! Working with Amruta, I stopped over-explaining and started leading.

Sr. PMM

One of the biggest shifts for me was learning how to tell my story at the right altitude: focusing on impact, decisions, and outcomes instead of over-explaining the work. I became much more effective at managing up, setting boundaries, and being seen as a subject-matter expert who can both think strategically and deliver.

Amruta transformed how I communicate my PMM experience at a leadership level. She has a sharp ability to spot where PMMs undersell themselves and reframe stories so they land with senior stakeholders.

Amruta gave me actionable insights on navigating XFN stakeholder interviews. My biggest takeaway was understanding the difference between telling and showing — framing my experience and POV through their lens.

After coaching, I feel much more confident in my professional skills. I have a deeper understanding of how the story I tell myself affects my actions and the results I get. What I love about Amruta is that she listens compassionately but is also no bullsh*t!

Amruta Hunnurkar speaking at Samsung worldwide launch keynote

Your coach

Hey there. I'm Ruta.

(Short for Amruta — because everyone thinks I'm saying “I am Ruta” when I introduce myself.)

I spent 14 years in product and brand marketing — Samsung, SumUp, General Motors, Universal. I was the keynote speaker for Samsung's worldwide launches. I have a Chicago Booth MBA and I've been named a Top 100 PMM Influencer three times.

But none of that is why I built this program.

I built it because I learned influence through trial and error — and I wish someone had taught me sooner.

Ironically, I was offered leadership coaching once I becamea leader. But the time I truly needed it was when I was a senior IC — doing the work, driving the launches, but struggling to get the recognition and trust I'd earned. I know what it feels like to be in the room but not heard. To drown in stakeholder requests. To over-deliver without leverage.

I built Unignorable PMM for the person I used to be: a senior IC who was ready to level up but didn't have anyone showing them how. Not more frameworks. Not generic advice. Real support for the influence gap that no one talks about.

I come from a long line of enterprising women — my grandmother was a famous author, my mother is an asset management expert for emerging economies. I'm extremely grateful for their influence in my life.

Desi by birth. Global citizen by choice. I've lived in the US, South Korea, India, and now Berlin. I love Bollywood dancing (taught 100+ students in Boston, Chicago and Seoul), amazing food, and living life in color.

One last thing

If you don't change anything, nothing changes.

Staying stuck is more costly than you think.

The question isn't: “Am I ready?”

It's: “How much longer am I willing to stay invisible?”
